[Bug 14137] Entropia Universe won't start

In 1.3.1, when installing or starting, it complains that msvcr80 is outdated
and installs its own.

As for starting the game after install, when clicking the launch button,
nothing happens. Terminal shows:
fixme:shdocvw:WebBrowser_Refresh (0x13bb58)

installing native ie6 works around it, and it tries to start, but fails with:
wine: Call from 0x6830a952 to unimplemented function
d3dx9_36.dll.D3DXCreateCubeTexture, aborting


presumably native d3dx9 will workaround it, but I have other things to test.
