After this Steam update, CoD Modern Warfare 2 won´t start, but only freeze at
the black screen after the splash screen. 1 min earlier, before restarting
steam because of the patch, it worked like a charm.
Alien Swarm (Source) got not affected and still runs.

Probably the same issue.
