I'm sorry, I'm on gentoo and in the cdrom group. I can mount data-cds (entry in
fstab), play music cds with vlc and so on. So I think my user has read access.
And I can use virtual cdrom - device with EAC (generated by cdemu) and it has
the same settings like the "real" cdrom.
New ideas?
