I just notice now that debian recently modified the ia32-libs package and some
libraries are not in /usr/lib32 anymore, but in /lib32, so they are not found
by wine at configure, some of them very likely to be related with the systray
icon (png, dbus). I'll try to solve that and see if there is any change.

Lots of people use steam and nobody reported that issue so I suspect it is a
pretty local problem...
