Is this bug hardware specific? I can't reproduce this with Nvidia graphics
cards at all. 

Only in campaign mode i get a black screen for a while when starting (think
this is the introduction movie), but the level loads and game starts working
after a few seconds. 

Tested with a 7900GTX, 9600GT, GTS250 using the latest drivers from nvidia.
