[Bug 21197] Black dots are seen on some 3D models in GTAIV

The bug is still present in 1.3.9. The message from comment #2 doesn't appear
now, so it's not related.
Interesting notice is that in Graphics game menu the amount of black is usually
less than in game itself.
Also, when the cars are in fire, they have black pixels, but when the fire
ends, black pixels mostly go away from the car. This makes me think it is
related to lighting...
