[Bug 25463] ZEMAX cannot display help pages

After using |winetricks urlmon|, running simple |wine iexplore| crashes. That's
not a setup we want to encourage in any way. A slight improvement in bug 25492
is not worth it. It should be fixed, not worked around by breaking the
configuration.
