You do not have to change Windows version, remove schannel.dll and run iexplore
-unregserver. I can get the same result by just running msie401sp2.exe, and
then go to the created folder IE4SETUP, and then launch IE4SETUP.EXE.
This error is because Wine does already have an Internet Explorer. The
installer recognises an Internet Explorer being installed but does not know
what to do with it as it isn't a previous version of MSIE. You'll need to
disable / remove that somehow to install Internet Explorer itself.
