[Bug 18979] Installation of Microsoft SQL Server Express crashes

I didn't see any mention of the version of "SQL Server Express". What version
is this bug for? 

Trying to install "SQL Server Express 2008", I get a "file is corrupt" popup
box with the error message of: 

fixme:advapi:DecryptFileA "c:\\01a29e4c8aebd4c4d098\\" 00000000

OKing that popup box ends the installation (it doesn't crash). Does this belong
here or do I need to open a new bug?
