Not sure about wow64 mode, but with a pure 64-bit build, running anything
fails:
austin at midna:~/64-wine-git$ ./wine notepad
no program header

This is a regression, caused by 5af634fd3b7ff7e4d6f8af34f6139315fdbbc8c4.
