The jack server is playing the role of kernel audio mixer in linux but it just
mixing all the jack clients at the server 's sample rate only

Foobar2000 also has resampler, the point is that wine incorrectly inform the
application that it support 44100Hz when jack server 's running at a different
rate when those dsound application call DirectSoundBuffer_SetFormat()

jack cannot be used as a test case since it does not really support dsound ,
just use the wine specific WAVE_DIRECTSOUND feature only
