Confirming for 1.3.9 as well.

err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x13c890 "\xb0K\xb0" wait timed
out in thread 0009, blocked by 0000, retrying (60 sec)
err:mmtime:TIME_MMTimeStop Timer still active?!
