I can't reproduce this with wine-1.3.10. I can launch the Action Replay DSi
Code Manager from the terminal and through the menu. Please attach plain debug
output as per http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log of a failing run. Also, please
file separate bug reports, one per issue, for each problem.
