I make Wineskin, where I have people complaining often about Joysticks not
working, and it is 10.5+

Now I have had some people claim their gamepads and joysticks have worked in a
few titles, but its usually complaints of not working.  So I wouldn't say its
impossible for joysticks to work in the current code, but there is something
not 100% right about it.
