Console output

Tried with Wine 1.3.10.20101230. I have installed the game from the disk and
the Windows version of mono (2.8.1, installed within wine).

C4Exec.exe stops with an unhandled exception 0x40000015 at address
0xb7740073:0x006b0609 (thread 0047)

Launching CaesarIV.exe instead of C4Exec.exe results in a dialog box about
inserting the original disk rather than a copy (although the original disk is
already inserted).
