I've done this:
- copied dx8vb.dll from my father's XP in drive_c/windows/system32
- cd to system32; wine regsvr32 dx8vb.dll; winetricks vb6run
- install Risiko
- cd to Risiko dir and start the game

but it's the same as before without the install errors you pointed out.
Anyways, thank you for your attention :)
I won't attach new files because the last ones hardly differ:
- the run log is exactly the same
- the setup log only lacks the line from dx8vb.dll
