Some tracing suggests that the problem lies in the OleObject_SetClientSite
function in dlls/mshtml/oleobj.c:90, as it seems to be the very last function
called before the application tries to display a Microsoft Visual C++ error
dialog and crashes. Hacking OleObject_SetClientSite and OleObject_DoVerb to
return S_OK makes the application load, but with no functionality in the
resulting window.
