You forgetting that Wine runs on multiple O/S, not just Linux. How many
platform does PA runs on?

No, it "solves" artificial problems that PA introduced to those systems in the
first place.

They are not issues they are bugs in PA. And I've yet to see PA fixing any
them.

Oh yes, it does. You've being told that instead of adding "yet another
dysfunctional sound driver" Wine making a transition to _one_ and _only one_
sound driver. And no it's not a pulseaudio.
