I don't see what the big deal is with not including a pulse patch. Do the wine
devs have something against pulse? It is not hard to include a patch for pulse
compatibility. OpenAL is not here now, but the pulse patch is.

If whatever patch posted here is not good enough, then the one I've been using
is at:
http://art.ified.ca/?page_id=40
and it works fine.

If the majority of your user base uses something and it is trivial to support
such a thing, then it makes a lotta sense to support it!
