+wininet log

For completeness, I attached a +wininet log.  The server seems to be returning
a 402 status code, which is unusual.

Trying with native wininet, the program display an error dialog:
The internet activation server returned an unknown error (-2146893051).  Press
OK to manually activate your software.

-2146893051 is 0x80090305, aka SEC_E_SECPKG_NOT_FOUND.  I believe that's
because gnutls isn't configured on my system.  So, using wininet may be a
viable workaround for you.
