So it works for me even with NVIDIA 195.30. Maybe if you compile wine yourself,
could you try to disable any gcc's optimizations? I use (before ./configure):

export CC="gcc" CFLAGS="-g -O0" CXXFLAGS="-g -O0"

Do not know, what else could be the difference...
