First Namco All-Stars Pac-Man run

With wine-1.1.35-364-g9dc584d, launching the Namco All-Stars Pac-Man demo
yields:

err:d3d7:IDirect3DImpl_7_CreateDevice The application wants to create a
Direct3D device, but non-opengl surfaces are set in the registry. Please set
the surface implementation to opengl or autodetection to allow 3D rendering
Unhandled exception: page fault on read access to 0x00000000 in 32-bit code

The d3d7 ERR seems peculiar, since I've not set the DirectDrawRenderer registry
value explicitly. When I do set DirectDrawRenderer to opengl, I get:

Unhandled exception: page fault on read access to 0x00000024 in 32-bit code
