Considering the number of applications now on the affected list would it be
beneficial to change the name of this report so that it reflects the problem? I
would think this bug would be better named if the title was descriptive of the
fact that the missing (stubbed) IDirectSoundBufferImpl_SetFX() method is the
issue.
