The last secur32-related thing that happened is:
trace:secur32:AcquireCredentialsHandleW (null) L"Microsoft Unified Security

You should have seen more traces.  Since you don't have any, it looks as though
you don't have gnutls installed.  Please check your installation and try again.

(You can also take a look at config.log in your build directory for
gnutls-related error messages.)
