err:module:import_dll Library MFC42.DLL (which is needed by
L"C:\\Develop\\Construct\\Plugins\\ID3.csx") not found
err:module:import_dll Library MSVCR90.dll (which is needed by
L"C:\\Develop\\Construct\\Plugins\\Xbox360Controller.csx") not found

You should install these both with winetricks.
