I found an interesting thing.  Both the ICCup Launcher and Chaoslauncher
generate Starcraft crashes if I run them normally ('wine Launcher.exe'). 
However, if I run them in winedbg ('winedbg Launcher.exe'), they don't crash
and as far as I can tell they work correctly.  Hopefully this is a useful clue,
considering that they way they work is by using debugging APIs.  At the least
it's a good enough workaround for me, since the debugger overhead if any is low
enough that it doesn't seem to affect the game speed for me.
