Just did another interesting test. If you use the v0.01gamespot demo download
from Softpedia:
http://games.softpedia.com/progDownload/Re-Volt-Download-43719.html

Choose the Sprinter XL car and it will work in Single Race and Time Trial. All
other cars get the page fault.
