program to show the hiding ElsterFormular window

This is a source file for a program that searches the right "ElsterFormular"
window and sets this style "WS_VISIBLE".
It works only if the starting screen of ElsterFormular is maximized first.
You have to compile it yourself by one of following:
  i586-mingw32msvc-gcc showelster.c -o showelster-mingw.exe
or
  winegcc showelster.c -o showelster-winegcc.exe
