Another issue is that sometimes popups get stuck, remaining on screen even
after you navigate away. When viewing LCW.HLP, try this:
Click "Help, Basics", "Autohelp popups", "Autohelp popups, turning On / Off",
then the checkbox popup link. Click the "accelerator key" popup link in the
checkbox popup.

The first time, the accelerator key popup immediately disappears as I mentioned
above. If you click the accelerator key popup link again, it appears and
remains on screen. Click in the winhlp main window. The accelerator key popup
disappears, but the checkbox popup remains. You can click Back and other links,
and the checkbox popup is still there.
