I ran WinHlp32.exe from Windows 98 under Wine 1.2rc5 to view BBCTITLE.HLP.
Clicking a link (each of which leads to a page with a sound playing under
Windows) gives a dialog box titled MCI Error, saying "Cannot find the specified
file. Make sure the path and filename are correct." The same dialog appears
once more. Console output as follows:

It looks like in addition to fixing winhlp32, some work would need to be done
on MCI if this feature is to be implemented.
