Confirming & still present in 1.2-rc6.
I used the following ISO with all settings standard (except input):
http://doperoms.com/roms/sega_saturn/Deep%2520Fear%2520Disc%25201%2520of%25202%2520%2528E%2529%2528Saturn%2529.zip.html/302/Deep%20Fear%20Disc%201%20Of%202%20(E)(Saturn).zip.html

The window completely looses its frame when exiting from full-screen.

PS: please change URL to
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/yabause/yabause-0.9.4-win.zip?download and
add keyword "download".
