Still present in 1.2-rc7. For what VATS should be like, see
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GmFN7XhKtuM (careful, the music they added is
loud...). The patch doesn't seem to help for me though (nvidia 9800 gtx+ /
256.25 drivers / lucid lynx 64bit).
