I can confirm this!
I have just uninstalled Wine 1.2 RC2, downloaded 1.2 RC7, applied the patch
from http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-patches/2010-July/090363.html, built
and installed via wineinstall, rebooted, and OrCAD 16 Capture places parts
flawlessly!
