Yes it does.

And, I came up with a workaround for my actual profile that may be a hint as to
solving the problem: in WineCfg.exe, under the "Libraries" tab, I changed the
order on "Comctl32"

old (don't work): native, builtin
new (works): builtin, native

Does this tell us anything about the problem?  And, can you switch your
"Conctl32" to my old one and reproduce the problem?
