I can confirm the script related problems, but I'm not so certain that is a
wine specific issue. it is listed in the fallout wiki as a bug after all.

if anything, it's more likely due to the 1.7 patch, or even the amount of
scripts present (ie, the extra mods and the official DLC stuff).
