Steps to reproduce:
1) remove ~/.wine
2) choose to install "PTC License Server"
3) choose bad license
4) check license
5) close checking window and agree on saving
6) get one error window and then another

Behaviour:
Windows are mis-sized

Expected behaviour:
Windows should have proper size

Workaround:
Maximize then minimize problematic window
