This patch adds some printf's to strtod_l

Because the installation process looks quite complicated I prefer to try solve
the problem differently. I've attached a patch that prints some informations
about strtod_l usage.

Can you run the application under Wine-1.2 (or any version that is not working)
with the patch applied and attach console output here?
