Keil uVision is a set of tools, compiler and debugger for ARM microcontrollers

When launching it says:

wine .wine/drive_c/Keil/UV4/Uv4.exe 
fixme:heap:HeapSetInformation (nil) 1 (nil) 0

And a new window called SECSplashWnd appears on the taskbar that does not show
window.
