I was able to install CodeGear RAD Studio 2007 up to the point where
it asks for a serial key with the following recipe:

$ sha1sum CodeGearRADStudio2007setup.exe
bd92e0be6c27708ebd7f0ee01fbbfc71f86d44a0 CodeGearRADStudio2007setup.exe

0. apply http://bugs2.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=28416
1. rm -rf ~/.wine
2. winetricks winver=win2k
3. install MDAC 2.8 SP1
4. winetricks winver=winxp dotnet20 msxml3 msxml6
5. wine CodeGearRADStudio2007setup.exe

It appears to freeze at some point but it's actually chewing on some
slow join queries.
