I've noticed this as well; I also found that when running a modern skin, the
main window stays on top.  You have to click the main window, then click the
window you want to raise, just clicking the window to be raised leaves winamp
on top.  So, it's not un-focusing properly.

Tested in 1.2 rc 2, still seeing the issue described here and what I described
above.  I'm running 5.572, Fedora 13, Wine 1.2 rc 2 (32 bit).
