I confirm this.

With a clean prefix, and with a clean SC2 userdir i simple do this steps: 
- change winver to w7 
- disable mmdevapi 
- start sc2 

The strange part is that not always crash at start but most of the time.
Sometime i reach the login screen but as soon as i click "connect" i get the
crash.

Outputs will follow.

With wine 1.1.44, 1.2rc1, 1.2rc2; always patched with 
http://phyrex1an.net/sc2-login.diff
