Well now I have found a solution for the problem! (worked for me)
Uninstall Wine Stable version:

sudo apt-get remove wine

Then go here http://wine.budgetdedicated.com/archive/index.html and try one of
these versions for your OS. After doing that. mine is working well, but it has
a problem with the scrolling
