The remote end is closing the connection for some reason:

Troubleshooting a problem like this can be really challenging, since the server
can close the connection for any reason at all.

Can you try disabling secur32 altogether, i.e.:
WINEDLLOVERRIDES=secur32=d wine ...
and report what happens?
