Renaming this is likely to break things just as it would break horribly on
Windows if you renamed your Program Files directory.
I agree with Juan, so far you have not presented what the problem is as much as
you have demonstrated some misunderstanding of how to use Wine. As a starting
point you should use the forum http://forum.winehq.org to work out where you
might be going wrong and isolating problems with Wine before filing a bug
report.
