[Bug 23100] BURRACO: startup error and then closing connection

I installed BURRACO ON LINE correctly but when executing it I always get the
following error. Ignoring the error end continuing the execution will cause the
program to crash while entering rooms in order to play burraco. This is the
detail of the error message
