Vertical scrolling with the mouse wheel works in Total Commander, only
horizontal scrolling with the mouse wheel (when the vertical scrollbar is
missing) is broken.

I assume you noticed something that does not work in Wine, but works in
Windows, for Shredder Classic 4. Please create a new bug, and mention the
*exact* steps to reproduce the bad behavior (not everybody is familiar with the
program).
