EVE voice works perfectly under RC3.

If echo test fails, you need to ENSURE that the microphone input being used
hasn't been muted.  This needs to be set via alsamixer, NOT the pulseaudio
tools.

I've been using EVE voice via wine rc2/3 + Arch 64 for a couple weeks now and
it is working better than under windows.
