OK, but what exactly are we looking for? 'An application with a main window
that starts up as WM_DISABLED that changes its WM_* state later'? Would any of
the WINEDEBUG logs for TREPCAD help? Unfortunately, from the top of my head I
don't know any other app that behaves like TREPCAD :(
But I will check everything I have in my 'Dogfood' directory for a start.
