I emailed the Mplus developers and asked a few questions about the licenses and
possibility to let Wine developers have access to a licensed copy of Mplus. 

If it helps in fixing wine, I got a permission to give a wine developer access
to my copy of Mplus 5.1 (which works flawlessly). Please drop me an email to
mikko.ronkko at tkk.fi, if this would help.

How can I change the component of this bug to NTDLL?
