Thank you all for your investigations. I did not even know
this icebp instruction.

I'm sorry I can not take this fix:
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=23323#c84 because it would really break
other things
like sending undesired signals in case of in kernel breakpoints.

OTOH, I've uploaded a fix in the kernel bugzilla:
